Drawn for the sitting, not left in the file
On a Thursday in Tbilisi a board still meets with a stack of statements, a set of notes, and too little time to walk the period line by line. Flow Routepoint Analytics sits with those draft papers and redraws the year so directors can see where the close actually moved — the face of the accounts, the footnotes that change them, and the exceptions that deserve a question before anyone signs.
The work is a human reading. We take the trial balance, the draft statements, the note file, and the last management letter, and we draw what the period did. Charts sit on paper beside the line items they explain. Variances are ranked by what would change a director’s vote, not by what looks tidy in a pack. The office is on Kostava Street; the sittings we support are in Tbilisi board rooms, and occasionally with a parent committee elsewhere that still has to understand a Georgian close.
If you already have a date for the audit committee, write with that date. The briefing is of little use if it arrives after the papers have been nodded through.
