Face of the statements, one opening spread
Income, cash, and financial position on facing pages, with the three or four movements that would change a vote marked in the margin. Directors can finish this spread before coffee is poured.
Specimen folios
These are the kinds of sheets that leave Level 10 on Kostava Street. They are paper on purpose. A committee that is asked to sign statements should be able to point at a page, turn a tab, and write in the margin. We keep specimens in the office; we do not publish a client’s actual numbers. If you want a briefing bound in this manner, commission the engagement that matches the sitting.

Income, cash, and financial position on facing pages, with the three or four movements that would change a vote marked in the margin. Directors can finish this spread before coffee is poured.

Burnt-orange tabs on uncorrected items, treatments still in debate, and any going-concern language that changed since the last sitting. Closed points are struck through, not omitted.

Subsidiaries placed by how they feed the parent lines. Unmatched intercompany is a gap on the page. NCI is a band, not a footnote directors must hunt.

Each material footnote reprinted beside the line it explains. Furniture notes stay in a thin appendix. The sitting is told, in one sentence, which notes can be skipped.

Q1, Q2, and Q3 bound in the annual order so March is a continuation. New movements are marked; the skeleton of the pack does not change for fashion.
A factual check goes to the finance director before we print: names, period-end date, entity list. We do not invite a rewrite of the questions the pages raise.
