How a briefing is priced

There is no monthly subscription and no ladder of named tiers. A briefing is priced as a piece of work with a sitting date. The figures below are guides so a finance director can see the shape of an estimate before writing. The letter we send after we have seen the entity list and the draft stage is the actual price.

Deposits and the remaining balance are described in the refund page. Travel inside Tbilisi is not billed separately. Travel beyond the city, if a parent sitting is held elsewhere, is agreed in the quote.

If the draft is too incomplete to start, we say so and we do not invoice for days we have not worked. If you need only a pre-sitting rehearsal or a single-policy drawing, ask; those smaller folios are priced below the flagship briefing and are not listed as packages on this page.

What moves a quote

  • Number of entities and functional currencies in the pack.
  • Whether this is a first year as a public-interest entity or a repeat close with last year’s briefing in hand.
  • Days remaining before the sitting; a short fuse is possible but it is priced as extra calendar, not as a discount.
  • A Georgian sitting copy prepared in parallel with the English folio.
  • Restatements, investigations, or a late change to a material accounting policy after we have accepted the draft.
