How we hold your details
This notice describes how Flow Routepoint Analytics of Level 10, 27 Kostava Street, Tbilisi 0171 holds personal details that arrive through this website, by email to info@flow-routepoint.digital, or by telephone on +995 32 555 5470.
Controller
Flow Routepoint Analytics is the data controller for correspondence and engagement files. Questions go to the same email address. We act under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, other Georgian rules on professional files.
What we collect
From a note on this site: name, email, the engagement you selected, reporting period, a description of entities, and the message. From an engagement: the names of directors and staff that appear in the papers you send, contact details for distribution of a pack, and billing names. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payment-card numbers, or special categories of data on the public form, and you should not paste them there.
Why we hold it
We reply to requests, draw and deliver briefings, invoice, keep an engagement file, and — if you have accepted analytics cookies — count visits in a first-party record. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small professional desk, and consent where you have accepted analytics cookies.
How long
Correspondence that does not become an engagement is kept for two years. Engagement files, including copies of briefings and the papers reasonably needed to explain them, are kept for six years after the sitting, which matches how long a dispute about a close may still arise. Billing records follow Georgian bookkeeping periods. Analytics cookies last as described on the cookies page.
Who sees it
Readers of the engagement, our second-reader check, and our accountant see what they need. We do not sell lists. A hosting provider holds the mailbox and this site. If a court, SARAS in a matter that lawfully requires it, or another competent Georgian authority demands a file, we may have to produce it.
International transfers
Some mail and hosting arrangements may store copies outside Georgia. Where that happens we use providers who contract to protect the file, and we keep the contents of client packs off public machines.
Your rights
You may ask to see what we hold, to correct it, to delete it where the law allows, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to take a copy in a portable form. You may withdraw cookie consent without affecting the rest of the site. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. Deleting an engagement file before the six-year period is finished is not always possible if we still need it to show what was drawn.
Children
The site and the briefings are for adult professional correspondence. We do not seek details from children.
